HAVEN WELLBEING HUB

Haven classes can be booked without having to purchase a block or be a member at a cost of £12 per session but you must pre-book in to each classes. It’s preferable to prepay, although you can bring cash to class but please be mindful that the teacher won’t be able to take card payment.

You can purchase a block of 10 yoga classes for £100 to be used within 12 weeks. You can purchase a block of 6 Pilates classes for £60 to be used within 8 weeks.

The Haven Wellbeing Hub also has a membership package where you can attend monthly unlimited classes of with Yoga or Pilates for £65 per month, this is a 1 year contract. Sign up at any time and pay pro rata for the 1st month.

Meditation and Mindufulness

Classes and Workshops

Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realise some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content.

We have a number of mediation workshops, a monthly Meditation group and 8 week Mindfulness workshops on throughout the year, all available to view on out timetable or click here to book

Yoga an ancient art

Yoga an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance. There’s some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress.
