I began my therapeutic career began back in 2002, training as Holistic Therapist and qualifying in Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy, having had an interest in alternative therapies since my Grandad became ill in 1998. I am also Reiki and Angelic Reiki Master, and believe that energy healing can lead to major healing and shifts in personal wellbeing. I have a great interest in all thing holistic and have received many treatments in many disciplines and I’m always eager to try more.
Over the past 12 years I have also studied Indonesia Massage, Thermo Auricular Therapy and Hypnotherapy, including Hypnoanalysis and trained as Meditation Teacher. I worked from my home therapy room from 2002 but it had always been my dream to open a Wellbeing Centre, with a holistic shop and studio. I’m so lucky to have achieved this when opening of The Haven Wellbeing Hub in February 2015.
Over the past four years it’s been my pleasure to be a full time therapist at The Haven and helping many people to reduce stress, overcome anxiety and ease tension in the long term. My clinic days are now Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, but on occasion will see people outside of this.

Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga – Monday 8pm
My exploration with yoga began 12 years ago. It only took a few years until I developed a serious relationship with my yoga practice and in 2010 embarked on my first teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa (Hatha Raja Yoga). Following my passion for linking breath to movement after discovering a vinyasa flow class, I went on to undertake my second 200 hour teacher training with Sally Parkes in 2013 studying sequencing, gentle hatha, restorative yoga, yoga for back care and pre and post natal yoga.
Hatha Flow Yoga Instructor – Friday 9:45am
I started my yoga journey 8 years ago with my friend quite literally forcing me to go along with her to a class, ever since then, I’ve been hooked. Yoga has taught me to take time out from a busy schedule and focus on myself. My classes are dynamic with a good flow, with an emphasis on letting go and having fun with your own practise. I try to keep all classes light hearted and with everyone leaving feeling as though they have achieved something.

I started practicing yoga in my early twenties simply to increase flexibility and to balance out my fitness program. I enjoyed my practice so much I decided to pursue a senior yoga teaching course and since qualifying in 2009 I have been teaching classes and 1-1’s. I enjoyed a hands-on style of teaching with small groups to ensure every client gets the most from their yoga practice.

I have been practising holistic therapies since 2000 and have always had a real affinity & passion for health & well being & all things holistic. As well as being a Reiki Master, I am also a practitioner of Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles.
I have a genuine fascination for the human body and have over many years immersed myself in learning about its workings. I have a broad understanding across a variety of therapeutic approaches and am continually wowed by how often minimal interaction can stimulate the body’s natural abilities to restore, regenerate and repair itself.
Psychologist & Mindfulness Teacher
I re-trained in Psychology following a successful career in the world of IT, mostly at Microsoft, because of a fascination with the human mind, and the potential to make a difference to people’s lives at home and work. I started a training and consulting practice focused on enhancing human performance, in lock-step with improved resilience and wellbeing; and recently created Mindfulness Berkshire to help extend his mindfulness teaching outside of the workplace.
