Tuesday Yoga with Emma ~ 1:15-2:15pm
It is a misconception that yoga is just for the more flexible among us, it is for everyone! Yoga is an invitation to deeply relax not just the body but the mind as well.
Yoga is a step by step system combining dynamic and relaxing postures, breathing techniques and also concentration and meditation techniques.
Using all these techniques together we can develop strength and flexibility in the body and also a more relaxed, calm mind which can help lead us to contentment.
Yoga can help with many different things such as:
- Increased flexibility
- Strength in the body
- Pain control
- Mental calmness
- Improved body awareness
Come and learn about Yoga in a relaxed friendly environment, with a small class of up to 12, so you get dedicated attention from the teacher. All ages and abilities are welcome.
We provide mats and blocks, you just need to bring something warm to put on for relaxation at the end of the class.
We will practice postures, yoga breathing techniques and relaxation in all sessions.
All classes must be PRE-BOOKED and are £12 per Class.
£12 drop in, £100 for a block of 10 classes. £65 per month unlimited classes, 1 year contract
