It is a misconception that yoga is just for the more flexible among us, it is for everyone! Yoga is an invitation to deeply relax not just the body but the mind as well.

Yoga is a step by step system combining dynamic and relaxing postures, breathing techniques and also concentration and meditation techniques.

Using all these techniques together we can develop strength and flexibility in the body and also a more relaxed, calm mind which can help lead us to contentment.

Yoga can help with many different things such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Confidence
  • Increased flexibility
  • Strength in the body
  • Pain control
  • Mental calmness
  • Improved body awareness

Come and learn about Yoga in a relaxed friendly environment. All ages and abilities are welcome.

We will practice postures, yoga breathing techniques and relaxation in all sessions. £12 for 1 class or £100 for 10 classes, to be used in 12 weeks. Pre booking for all classes essential.
