At a gong meditation you have chance to enjoy listening to the incredible variety of sounds that these instruments can create. Being immersed in the sound of the gong generally brings people whatever experiences they need in the moment and no two experiences are ever the same. Some people find the experience simply ‘relaxing’ as it is a very beautiful way to crowd out the mental space we usually use to ruminate and worry. Others find the experience more profoundly moving, particularly if they already have some kind of yoga or meditation practice.
Gongs are amazing instruments. They generate powerful, intense healing vibrations which interspersed with the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments stimulate our feelings of peace and relaxation, this allows the release of stress and any other blocks that maybe set deep inside our inner self, on cellular level.
Start 4pm-6pm, please arrive up to 10 minutes before.
Please arrive early, no late coming will be allowed in.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a thick blanket to keep warm or sleeping bag and a pillow.
