What you need to bring to class

You may want to bring a comfortable benefits of yogajumper or cardigan to wear at the end of your class to keep you warm during meditation (most Yoga classes).  Shoes are not permitted in our studio so you may like to bring a pair of non-slip socks for your practice or warm socks for relaxation at the end of your class.

  • Meditation and Mindufulness Classes and Workshops

Meditation is a practice in which an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness, either to realise some benefit or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content.

The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices (much like the term sports) that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force (qi, ki, prana, etc.) and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity and forgiveness.

We have a number of mediation workshops, a monthly Meditation group and 8 week Mindfulness workshops on throughout the year, all available to view on out timetable or click here to book

Mindfulness Workshops 8 Weeks with Mark Quirk. These run on a Tuesday morning between 10am-12pm and  Thursday evening 7:30pm-9:30pm. Please look at our timetable for the next dates.
